Enigit provides mobile puzzle and brain training games, including but not limited to Sudoku IQ. Our Services may include free and premium features, in-app purchases, and advertising.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Updating your information to keep it current

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any illegal purpose
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our Services
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools

5. In-App Purchases

Our Services may offer in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as displayed in the app
Provide accurate payment information
Comply with the payment processor's terms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

6. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Enigit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Create derivative works based on our Services

8. Advertising

Our free Services are supported by advertising. By using the free version, you agree to view advertisements. Premium users can remove ads through in-app purchase.

9. User Content

Some features may allow you to submit content (e.g., usernames, profile pictures). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
